Summer Schedule Changes

Special Saturday Class

Join me if you want to explode into your weekend. Saturday Feb. 8th 8:00-9:30am. This intermediate/advanced class will be a move, flow, sweet, cleanse, fun fest.
If you can't make it the 8th check for future monthly Saturday morning classes.
