For the month of November, be more mindful of the blessings in your life. Consciously give gratitude to those around you, to the bounty that fills your garden and plate, and to your health.
At Ahimsa Yoga Studio, I am giving thanks to my students (even those of you who I haven't even met). I love you all so much and appreciate your dedication to the practice of yoga.
I am also honoring the fact that many people in our community go hungry. Please bring a food donation and your yoga class will be just $5. All donations will be taken to the East Hawaii Food Basket.
