Baby arrived May 11th at 4:06pm. She is a healthy 7lb 5oz kiddo with a lot of dark brown hair. 
After laboring for 12 hours we found out she was breach. We were rushed into surgery were Miley was born via cesarean section. I am recovering slowly and am still wondering when I will be able to teach yoga...and start my own practice again. I enjoy the new adventure of parenthood and am amazed daily by the beauty of life. It is the bliss of the simple moments of my life, the beauty of my daughter, and the love of my husband that have become my yoga practice for the time being.
